It's frustrating when your Track & Trace says your parcel has been delivered but nothing has arrived. Often it still turns up, so go through these steps first:
- Check whether the parcel was left somewhere safe, such as in a parcel box, by the front door or in the shed.
- Ask your housemates or neighbours whether they took it in.
- Wait a day. Sometimes a courier scans a parcel as delivered but only drops it off the next day.
