Is your order not quite what you expected? You can return it free of charge within 30 days, as long as the items are unused and undamaged. You'll find a return form and a single-use free return label in your parcel. Here's how to return your order:

1. Fill in the return form with your details, noting why you're returning each item.
2. Put the completed form in the parcel, ideally in the original packaging, and seal the box securely.
3. Stick the enclosed return label on the box and cover or remove any old barcodes.
4. Drop the parcel off at a carrier service point and keep your proof of postage until you've received your refund.
