A digital gift card is a lovely way to surprise someone. Here's what to know:

• You redeem your gift card online in our webshop.
• A gift card is valid for 3 years.
• You can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.
• A gift card can't be exchanged, returned or redeemed for cash.

Paid with a gift card and want to return something? See 'How does a refund work if I paid with a gift card?' to find out how refunds work.
